Job description

Registered Manager

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a home care agency
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
- Develop and implement care plans for clients based on their individual needs
- Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for client care
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance
- Provide training and support to staff members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in home care

Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse or have a relevant healthcare qualification for example Level 5 in Healthcare Management
- Previous experience in a CQC managerial role within the home care industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health record systems
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations

We are  a domiciliary care provider, providing services across Leicestershire and Warwickshire; with an established set-up for their new branch within a

successful and ever-growing business operation. Recently registered as a CQC provider for adult care provision, the exceptional opportunity for a Care Worker has arisen.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a true passion for care, being required to complete in depth and ongoing training to ensure they’re compliant with current legislation for provision of

registered activity within the care sector and that we are providing the highest standards of care possible.

This role involves an impeccable rapport building element, consistently developing and maintaining working relationships to uphold the company reputation. Requiring flexibility and understanding to

ensure the highest standards are preserved. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to providing;

  • meal preparation, personal care, medication administration, domestic
  • cleaning, shopping, community
  • engagement, chaperoning
  • appointments,
  • transportation, liaising
  • with health care professionals, record keeping and
  • communication with the management team.

The position

is contracted to work covering a 7 day week (Days off will be incorporated);

FULL DAYS

Between the hours of 07:00 – 22:00 (Breaks will be incorporated)

HALF DAYS

Between the hours of 07:00 – 14:30 or 14:30 – 22:00

NIGHTS

Between the hours of 22:00 – 07:00

LIVE IN

Covering 3 weeks and then off for 1 week (Breaks will be incorporated)

Clear criminal record – Enhanced DBS will be required

- Full UK driving licence (With reliable access to a car with business insurance)
